Texas PTA is a noncommercial, nonsectarian, nonpartisan organization that promotes the welfare of children and youth. Texas PTA does not endorse any candidate or political party. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Executive Director of the Texas PTA at 1.800.TALK.PTA.

The Texas PTA website provides a wealth of information on the legislative process in Texas and ways you can get involved. Some pages of the Texas PTA website require the username and password provided on the back of your PTA Membership Card.

The Texas Education Agency Web Site

The Texas Education Agency has a vast amount of material on their web site. This material includes the full text of the Texas Education Code, PEIMS data on every school area in the state, TAAS and TEKS information, and much more.
